Kyle's 1st Water Day!

Today was Kyle's first water day at daycare! He was excited that he got to wear his swimsuit and swim shoes to school this morning. I think he knew something fun was going to happen today! I was able to get away from work this morning...who am I kidding? Nothing would have kept me away this morning! I went over and took pictures of his fun activity.

For the last two years Vicki has helped me with the Children's Miracle Network Broadcast that we have at WTOC. (Thank you Vicki!!!) And for the last two years she has brought Snoopy to be on our set.

Last year we took pictures of Kyle with Snoopy so of course we had to take more this year. Look how much he has grown in one year!!

Busy week!

We have had a great but very busy week! I know that it has only been a four day week but we have tried to cram 5 days into it! Below are a few fun pictures of Kyle this week...

Wednesday morning.... I had to make a tater tot casserole for work early that morning. When I opened the pots and pans cabinet Kyle was right there to grab him a pot. It became his "favorite toy" that morning.



This next picture gives a whole new definition of "sitting on the pot"!!!!

Happy Memorial Day!

We had a great, busy, uneventful but eventful Memorial Day weekend!

Saturday, Ben had to work Satuday evening so we all stayed around the house Saturday morning. Ben got the back yard cut, I got some of the housework done (but it is a NEVER ending battle), and Kyle played.



This is Kyle in his wagon in the kitchen playing ball. He would sit in the wagon and thrown his ball and I was supposed to get it and throw it back to him in the wagon. Well... at least he stayed in one place for a little bit!




This is Kyle sitting on his Bubble Mower! I guess he is tired after helping his Daddy cut grass in the back yard!

After a long hard morning of Kyle playing he took a great 3 hour nap! I was able to get all the cupcakes baked for the play date on Sunday and cleaned up my pantry before he woke up!

The BIG Playdate!!! The playdate was at Oatland Island Wildlife Center. We had a great time. The kids couldn't really see any of the wild animals because they were all hidden in the brush but they did get to see the Farm Animals up close. I really think Kyle enjoyed it. We will definetly go back on weekend soon so we can look around some more.
