Last night was Kyle's first official game and I couldn't be more proud of my big boy! He did SO good, he hit the ball great, he listened and paid attention to his coaches and everything that was going on.
Kyle was first up to bat. He got a hit on his second swing!!
I absolutely love this picture of Ben and Kyle. This was at first base and Ben was telling where Kyle needed to run next.
Both are watching the batter very intently....
And so is Evan... :-)
Many have asked what does Evan do while Kyle is practicing or playing and the short answer is EATING! Kyle always has a snack of fruit like a banana and then it is followed up by goldfish, cheerios or teddy grahams. Last night, Evan ate his banana first and then moved on to teddy grahams. Well way after he had finished snacking he found a little piece of banana on the ground. He wanted mom to give it to him and followed her hand around like a little bird with his mouth open. It was too, too cute!
After the game we took a few pictures to remember Kyle's very first game. The boys had to hold there snacks while they took there pictures with GaGa.
Then we tried to get a picture of the four of us. Well Evan sort of looked in the right direction. :-) Oh well, I still think this is a good picture and at least one to remember this first game!
