Kyle's Pre-K graduation

A few weeks back, my big boy graduated from Pre-Kindergarten.  I can not believe how fast he has grown up!  It just seems like yesterday, that I was taking him for the first time to daycare at 12 weeks old.  I honestly don't think it has gotten any easier dropping him off each day, but it really is comforting to know that he is learning, and having fun every day.
His graduation was wonderful!  At the beginning of the program, Kyle sang "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" with one of his friends.  Singing this song, was SO appropriate because this was his favorite song as a little boy and he had just finished up a very busy baseball season. :-) After his special song, the class sang a few more songs, and did an alphabet poem.Kyle's letters were "P" and "Z".  (Pig is for pig that likes to dig! and Z is for zipper that goes up and down!)  At the end of the program, they recieved diplomas.  It was so sweet!

After the graduation program, they had a reception for all the kids and families. They had art work and photos all around the room from the class this year.  This was Kyle's poster that he made "All About Me".

We are so glad that our family got to come celebrate Kyle's special day! Thank you DeDe, Pa, GaGa, Aunt Ree and MeMe for making the trip to see Kyle graduate!

Now onto a busy and fun summer, and for me to brace myself for the day that he will go to the "big boy" school and start Kindergarten.  I think I better start stocking up on the Kleenex now.....

Everyday pictures

Things have been so busy lately, I have not had a chance to take many pictures of just everyday happenings but yesterday I finally got back on track and took a few pictures of my sweet boys.  Ha Ha! I know they were thrilled that I broke out my camera.... ;-)
When I picked Kyle up from school yesterday, his class was playing in the gym.  He was having SOOOO much fun he didn't want to leave.
I forgot to lay out anything for supper last night, so we ended up at the Mexican Restaurant.  Of course, I embarrassed Ben when I took out the camera at the table, but the boys didn't mind too much.  At least I got a few good smiles from them. Aren't they cute?!?

After I took the boys pictures, I turned the camera back to Evan and I said "say cheese", well he did but he threw his hands up on his face and gave me this cute little smile.  Such a little ham.....but I love him so! :-)
