Afternoon with Daddy

This afternoon when Ben picked up the boys after school, they had a few errands to run.  Little did I know that one of those errands was stopping by Krispy Kreme for doughnuts...I just received this absolutely adorable picture of my babies on my cell phone.

(And yes, Ben had his hands full for the rest of the afternoon after he "sugared" them up!) :-)

The "BIG" day!

Wow, where has the time gone?!?  Things have been hopping around here the last couple of weeks.  On the 15th Evan turned two and it was Kyle's first day of Kindergarten.

Look at my two sweet boys!

Doesn't Kyle look like such a big boy in his uniform and in his classroom?!  I was SO proud of him and how well he did on his first day.  He has grown up so much and he really is my big boy now.

 

After school we had a celebrated Evan's birthday with "CAKE!" :-)  It took a few times for him to blow out the candles but he kept trying until he got it.  He was so cute trying to get those candles out because he knew that was what between him and eating his CAKE!  (All week when you asked Evan what kind of party he was going to have he would yell "cake"!) :-)

 

As you can tell, he loved the cake SO MUCH, that he was trying to steal some of his daddy's. Silly Evan...
